We have some PDFs from scans generated by our HP MFPs, these files when previewed in Outlook's PDF preview, or opened in Chrome's PDF viewer, or opened in Edge's PDF viewer, or opened in Adobe Reader Pro DC display completely fine, no vertical black lines visible. When opened in Adobe Reader DC 19.10.20064.310990 it displays one vertical black line per page, I have realised this only occurs at the 180% view (the default). If you zoom out or in the lines disappear.
When two pages, double sided, were scanned, the vertical lines appeared one third into the page from the right side for page 1, one third into the page from the left on page 2, following the same alternating pattern for page 3 and 4

We have the same issue, situation:
- HP Color LaserJet Flow E87640
- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
- 200dpi scan resolution configured on the MFP
- 180% zoom level (default) in Adobe Reader
The problem seems to occur only at a 200dpi scan resolution, changing the resolution to 300dpi appears to resolve the issue.
