Adobe Reader DC save As is blank

New Here ,
Sep 05, 2017 Sep 05, 2017

I have the same issue but when it forces me to go to "Save As" it is blank and nothing happens. I have checked the security and it is all allowing me to have editing rights etc and all looks as it should. I have 54 files to edit and comment on and have 5 open already ready to save. A few have saved but the date and time hasn't changed or updated from the date I received the files. This is off too.

Hi louiseg,

You may check the forum thread "save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.  where similar issue has been addressed and resolved.

Follow the steps suggested there and uncheck the "Show online storage when saving files" and try.

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

Akanchha

Hi Louise,

I apologize for the delay in response.

If you are still experiencing the same issue, then would suggest you to check the application update.

And also, the changes that you have applied that should work after closing and relaunching the application.

I can also vouch for the fact that this issue can be tied to Windows Updates that need to be installed.  The update that caused this issue for one of my users was a video card update.
