Adobe Reader Distribution

Hi,

I just want to ask, do i need to apply for the Distribution License Agreement to deploy Acrobat Reader DC MUI. I am planning to deploy by scripts, script will download the MUI installer to the user local drive directly from adobe FTP and install silently to replace the old version installed as well as for new installation.

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is free and available for volume distribution. A Distribution License Agreement is required for:

• Corporations and organizations that want to distribute Acrobat Reader or the Acrobat Reader mobile app on a company intranet site or local network.
• Commercial vendors that want to bundle Acrobat Reader or the Acrobat Reader mobile app on physical media such as a CD or DVD, on OEM hardware such as computers and mobile devices, or with OEM hardware such as scanners.

The key is that You INSTALL it. Downloading directly does not help.  Key point: does the end user (not admin) accept the EULA?
