Adobe Reader doesn't print last page of PDF for one user

Hi,

Someone in our office wants to print a PDF containing three pages. When she prints the document, only pages 1 and 2 are printed. When a colleague prints the same document, all pages are printed correctly.

She has this issue with several PDF documents, but not with all documents. Also, she is the only one for whom the last page isn't printed.

Does anybody have any idea what's wrong?

Thanks!

Hi Jane,

Thank you for your suggestion!

Fortunately I've found the solution (albeit by accident): there is a setting in the print options which is called "select paper source based on page format PDF file" (or similar, the message is in Dutch here), which was the culprit.

She didn't notice the printer was printing in US format rather than A4. After turning the option off, the printer correctly prints the document in A4 format, all three pages.

Thanks!

Hi Joe,

Can you have her open a problem document, click File > Print, and then post a screen shot of the dialog?

One reason that comes to mind is that if pages are selected in the Pages panel, the default is to print selected pages. You’ll see that in the Print dialog box. But it could be something else.

Jane
