Adobe Reader failed to sign

Buenas,

lo que ocurre a mi es cuando quiero firmar un documento, me sale este mensaje y no deja firmar:

 

No se ha creado ninguna firma. Para firmar el documento, mantener pulsado el boton del raton y arrastre el area del documento donde desea que aparezca la firma.

 

ya he probado varias soluciones como añadir otra nueva firma, conectar otro raton y reinstalar por completo Adobe Reader pero sigo sin poder firmar,

porfavor alguien puede decir como puedo solucionarlo?

As you receive the error message, please share the screenshot of the message with us.

Also, let us know if you are trying to add the digital signature or the signature via the Fill & Sign tool.

Share the Acrobat Reader DC and OS version installed on the machine. To check the application version, use the steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

 

Did you try clicking on the "Aceptar" button?

Check if you can draw the box to add the signature as mentioned in the message box: "hold down the mouse button and drag the area of the document where you want the signature to appear."

You will need to press the hold the left button on the mouse and then drag it on the document and see if it creates a box. Once the box is created, click on that box to add the signature.

Cuando realizo click en mouse, 

directamente me sale ese aviso y no deja firmar,

Es como si no detectara que quiero firmarlo cuando si lo estoy realizando
