Adobe Reader install

I'm installing Adobe Reader and it keeps saying "upgrading key features installing - thanks for your patience." It's been 4 hrs! How do I fix this? I think this may be the reason I can't digitally sign anything. It's all grayed out Help!!!!

Hi @MsDiva83 

 

Apologies for the trouble you had using Acrobat. Could you please cofirm if you are able to upgrade to Acrobat and able to Sign in ?

If not, Please try downloading  & installing the Acrobat from https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Il existe plusieurs types de logiciels malveillants qui peuvent empêcher l'installation de programmes sous Windows. Certains s'attaquent directement au processus d'installation, d'autres modifient les paramètres du système pour bloquer les nouveaux logiciels, et d'autres encore peuvent corrompre les fichiers nécessaires à l'installation.
Les plus courants sont les rootkits, qui se cachent profondément dans le système pour éviter d'être détectés, et les ransomwares, qui chiffrent les fichiers de votre ordinateur pour vous empêcher d'accéder à vos données. Donc faut forcément voir le fabricants
