Adobe Reader installation - connection error

New Here ,
Sep 18, 2013 Sep 18, 2013

When installing Adobe Reader, the following error is received "Connection failed. Unable to complete installation."

My internet is up and running, using Google Chrome as my browser and even tried it on IE. I have even uninstalled and tried to re-install but the same error occurs.

Please assist, thank you.

Mike you rock. Thank you. I have tried so many "direct download" links but yours is the ONLY one that actually sent me to a downloader that worked.
