For some days, when we try to sign some documents, with a digital signature, we get a black page, with no options available, only black.

I try to downgrade to previous version and same problem.

I install an old version 1902120049 in order to sign.

Can you proivde some help on this matter ?

Thanks

Hi Julien V

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to sign some documents and get a black page.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to sign? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network/drive, please download it to your computer first and check again. If  its a file specif issue please share the file with us for testing.

Also make sure you have the latest version 21.07.20099  installed. Go to Help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

You may also try to sign the document via Document Cloud https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

Amal

Amal,

Thanks for your response.

I already try with different PDF files and different location. I get the problem on 2 PCs, for file on local storage.

Before I downgrade, i check, there was the latest version installed.

I noticed also a problem with the save windows, also all black. I find a solution for that matter but it's similar in the behaviour.

LATEST

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that. Please make sure you have the most recent version 21.07.20099 installed. Go to Help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described in the help page https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau... and see if that works for you.

Regards

Amal
