COMO PUEDO ACTIVAR LOS SERVICIOS DE PDF SIN QUE TENGA ALGÚN COBRO YA QUE CUENTO CON LA SUITE DE ADOBE PERO NO TENGO ACTIVADOS TALES SERVICIOS ?

As mentioned above, if you have creative suite then you need to install the Adobe Acrobat which is a part of the suite.

Adobe Reader is a free application of Adobe that anyone can download from Adobe's site.

Also, I have checked your account but couldn't find any suite registered under it.

Which Adobe suite you are referring here? depending on the Adobe Suite version you need to download the Acrobat Version.
