Does anyone know the FQDN for Adobe's USA update servers? Or if there are specific product related update servers, I require the one for Adobe Reader. I need to allow the service through my firewall. Thanks.

There is no such Adobe Update server domain name available publicly. To download Adobe Reader, you can use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

For Adobe Network endpoints to allow in the firewall, you can refer to Adobe article Adobe Creative Cloud Network Endpoints
