Hello all,

I work for a home mortgaging company. We use Ellie Mae's program Encompass which ties in with Adobe Reader DC to view PDF's. Yeah,

The only fixes I've found are to use Ellie Mae's GDPicturePreview workaround within the registry editor on Windows Version 2004. On Windows Version 1903 and 1909 I've had luck eliminating that error by uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe Reader.

Cordially,

Alex
