I downloaded Adobe Reader Version 2015.020.20039

I need Arabic support since Arabic characters doesn't show at all

There's no need to install any special support for Arabic. Reader can handle Arabic text just fine, if the file contains correct text encoding.

What do you see when you open the file, exactly?

I only see the English Characters. It's a Bank statement with mixed English and Arabic text.

Are you viewing the PDF file in a web browser? If so, which one? If not, does the title bar for the document mention Acrobat Reader, or something else?
