Hello,
Adobe Acrobat doesn't read Arial font and because of that files are empty or falling apart. Program was reinstalled but that doesn't solved the problem.
I am sending the screen to show you how does it look like when opening via e-mail (left side) and via Adobe Acrobat (right side).

The font might not be embedded properly into the form. What'S shown in the properties about the fonts used in the form?

In the fonts properties there are 4 fonts (all Arial), there is no (embedded) next to font name, so i guess that mean they are not embedded?
I used documentcloud to convert this pdf to docx. I embedded fonts there in Word in Option-Save and saved document as pdf. Now in font properties there are 4 Arial fonts not embedded and 4 embedded aaaand 1 TimesNewRoman and it looks like on a screen i attached. Text is visible but still looks bad.
I know its not gonna solve my problem because i have a lot pdf's to deal with and can't do that thing on every document. I know there is option to make font embedded in Adobe Acrobat Reader Pro version, but i have reagular DC version, so can i solve this somehow? I found yt video where someone is using Print option and changing printer to Adobe PDF, i also don't have that option. Im stuck.

This issue can't be solved I'm afraid. When the PDF intially has been created, the fonts were not embedded so there's only a reference information left, what character from the used font is located where in the PDF. All other information about the fonts properties, kerning etc. are not there. Acrobat now tries to find a surrogate in the locally installed fonts on the computer you're opening the PDF. This result can be okay or really bad. It really depends on the file and the font. You can propably fix this in the PDF with Acrobat Pro, but this is a a manual process and a pain in the a**, because Acrobat it's not a word processor and PDFs where not meant to be edited this way.
