(Auto-)Refresh PDF documents

Hi,

I use Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2018.011.20036 on macOS and there is no 'Refresh' option for already opened PDF files. There is also no detection and reloading once the file is modified.

Is it possible to do this? I saw some solutions on this forum but they were related to Linux with usage of X11 that I don't want to use on macOS.
