bad file handle?

My file won't save after I insert pages. The message is "bad file handle". And some of the pages (not inserted) are now blank.

You can't insert pages using Reader. What application, including exact version number, are you using?

Thanks. I'm using Adobe Pro. I saved the file in a different folder with

a different name and it worked.
