Community Beginner ,
Aug 08, 2024 Aug 08, 2024

My credit card was charged for the payment of monthly plan and now I want to manage my account to cancel my plan so I won't be charged for the next month but It's saying "unable to manage" "You must resolve an issue with your payment details before making any changes to your plan.

If you take no action, your plan will be suspended." "Update payment". BUT MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR THE PAYMENT ALRERADY. And when I click update payment I fear that it will charge my twice. I need help.

It's says "updating my billing" but after a few minutes when I refresh the page it comes back to "Billing issue" again. Screenshot 2024-08-08 at 6.30.06 PM.pngScreenshot 2024-08-08 at 6.30.22 PM.png
