Hello,
I am attempting to create a manual for an internal process and would like the navigation pane to display some headings and sub categories. I created a ToC in word with Heading 1 (H1) and Heading 2 (H2) and that converts perfect to PDF. However, the navigation pane only displays some of the bookmarks. All of the H1 bookmarks show fine and a few H2 bookmarks show up, but only sparingly.
So, my question is, could there be a setting within the H2 style that is not allowing them to transfer? Thank you
Information:
OS: Windows 8
Word Version: 2013
PDF software: Adobe Acrobat Read DC
OK, No one responded, but in case any one else has this problem. The bookmarks did not show up in the navigation pane because they were within a table in Word. All the bookmarks that did show up were standalone text.
And since I couldn't have some show up and some not, i put all of the H1s that did show up in a 1X1 box with not borders, so they are at least uniform.
