Calendar date field

I am working in Acrobate Acrobat Pro DC to create a form.  I use the calendar fields which seem to work fine when I "Preview" but when users fill it in Adobe reader they don't see the calendar arrow to select a date.  Is there anything I can do to fix this?

They should use Acrobat Reader DC.
