Can save documents or edit on Mac - blank page.

Can't save documents or edit on Mac Mojave - It shows a blank page when I want to save.  This just happened out of the blue, no particular reason, it shows it is updated.

Hi ingridm,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are unable to save documents as you are getting blank page when trying to save pdfs, is that correct?

You may check the forum thread "save as" pop up box does not allow me to save the document.  where similar issue has been addressed and resolved.

Follow the steps suggested there and uncheck the "Show online storage when saving files" and try.

Let us know if it still doesn't work.
