Can't uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

I can't uninstall Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (2021.005.20060) from my comp.

The Windows Installer's message appears (look at the pic.). Translation from Russian to English:"The uninstalling of this hotfix package is not supported".
Using of the AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021.exe also gave no result. After comp restarting I see Acrobat Reader DC at the place it was before. No changings.

Any recommendations?
