Cannot download Customization Wizard for DC

Can someone please point me to a working link to download Customization Wizard for DC for AcroRdrDC1502320053. The FTP site does not respond, just times out. Tired this on Windows 7, 10, 2012R2. Tried this on Corp, my home network and even Startbucks wireless. Does anyone have a working link to this?? Mark Halvorson

Hello,

I get "Site cannot be reached" when I click on the "Windows" link to try to download the DC wizard tool. Can you please help me with this?
