I have been using Adobe Reader because my Acrobat subscription expired. In Reader, the comment name comes up with a person's name who no longer works here. Weird part is that person did not work here when we got the new computer I use and when our new Adobe account got set up.
Can someone help me change the registry and comment name? Why is the program defaulting to that person's name? For some reason I just can not figure it out.
Help is appreciated.
Hello Wish,
In Adobe Reader application, please sign-in with your Adobe ID and password. If you are already logged in, please sign out from help menu of Adobe Reader.
Once you are logged out, reboot the machine, launch Adobe Reader back and log-in with your Adobe ID and password. Then go to the Adobe Reader's Preferences from Edit>Preferences>Commenting>Select the option 'Always use Log-in Name for Author Name' under 'Making Comments options'.

Click Okay. You may also refer and try the suggestions
