When will Adobe Reader support certificate signature in Chrome OS? Adobe currently supports DOD certificate signature for Microsoft and Apple.
Info: ChromeBooks run Chrome OS. There is no Acrobat Reader for Chrome OS. Recent ChromeBooks, however, can also run Android apps, and can therefore run the Android Acrobat Reader.

Yes, I want to use a Chromebook, but apparently government/military can't digitally sign PDF files because Adobe Reader doesn't support DoD signatures for Chrome OS.

Since Adobe Reader supports the certificate on other platforms, this might be an issue with Chrome. Have you asked help form the Chrome forums?
Have you also tried the instructions at Set up an HTTPS certificate authority - Google Chrome Enterprise Help

The Android app does NOT support certificate signing. It's signing ability, like the chrome extension, just insesrts an image, not a certificate.

Adobe have done nothing for Chrome OS. Their work is for Android, which accidentally (from Adobe's point of view) runs on Chrome OS. This is the product for which it might be useful to make a feature request (but not here).
