Dear Adobe Support Team,
I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered with my recent subscription to the Adobe Reader program. On July 26, 2024, I subscribed to the free trial of the latest edition of Adobe Reader on my PC. However, I uninstalled the program within two days, well before the free trial period ended.
Despite this, I was surprised to find that on August 2, 2024, an amount of $20.99 USD was deducted from my bank account for the subscription. As I did not use the program and had canceled it in time, I kindly request a refund of the $20.99 USD that was charged.
I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter.
Thank you.
Best regards,

- Uninstalling the application has no bearing on the subscription. You have to cancel the subscription to not get charged.
