Hi Cv,

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

Could you please confirm if the issue occurs with some particular files or files from a specific source?

Would you mind sharing the screen recording with us of the workflow?

Share the OS version you are working on.

Try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

Check if that helps.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Updated with version 2020.005.30418. This prevents the Acrobat Pro/Std Rder 2020 Classic from crashing, but attempts to save the file instead of addressing the printer. So a direct quick print is still not possible.

Hi @cv72089397

Sorry to hear that the issue persists. Is the document you have been trying to print saved on your computer or available online?

Try saving the file locally and then give the print command.

Please go through a similar discussion here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/quick-print-button-in-acrobat-dc/td-p/9374887

Thanks,

Akanchha
