I am a subscribed. I have been using adobe pdf for years. When I try to convert a document to pdf on my iPad or iphone, it sends me to a page that says I need to subscribe. (My initial thought was that my subscription had expired.) So I chose the option to subscribe. Another box popped up saying that I am already subscribed. I choose "ok" to close the box. Another box pops up saying "Error subscribing to the service. Please try again"....... I've been trying again for the past hour. Please help!

because it is not activated completely, you are experiencing trouble accessing the application.
We also see that you have made the purchase through the Apple Itune.

I contacted Apple. They informed me that there is nothing wrong with my subscription, and that it is up to date. They said the error is on Adobe's side.

There seems to be some problem with the billing.
I request you to kindly Contact Customer Care , the billing team will go ahead and look into it.
