Just re-installed this version bought some time back and since reloading it cannot create a PDF. Used to do it via the printer access and have tried it via the "create" from a file but it just stays in think mode with nothing happening. Anyone have any ideas?

That is a very old version. It's not compatible with any current operating system, so problems are to be expected, especially with things like the PDF Printer, which requires OS integration.
