Digital signature attach issue

When I try to attach the digital certificate to the pdf it shows the following errors :

1. First error : 

FulltrustNotifier.exe-Application error

The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00007b).

2. Second error :

Creation of this signature could not be completed.

Unknown error

Support Information : PPKHandlerImpl-83

Please help how to resolve these two errors

Google for first error 0xc00007b. It's a Windows error code and often caused by missing or damaged C++ Redistributable Packages or .Net-Framework in the operating system. The second error is likely the consequence of the first one.

Same here, and I cannot find any solution to avoid this error popup. (DirectX and Net-Framework are updated)
