Good day all!
I have a user who has created a Storage Account on SharePoint - which has been tested & works.
However, when the user selects the "Save As" option it takes her directly to her Computer browse area and thus does not give her the option to select a different storage method. The image below is where Adobe Reader takes her when she selects save as:

Hi there!
I hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble you had.
Please ask the user to navigate to Adobe Reader's preferences once from Edit menu of Adobe Reader > Preferences > General > select 'Show Online Storage when saving files' > Click OK, restart the application and see if the user is getting the SharePoint option while choosing the 'Save As'.
Also, please ask the user to install the latest update of Adobe Reader 20.009.20063 Planned update, May 12, 2020 from the help menu > select check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader.
