Do not go through monthly payment

У меня возникла проблема с оплатой выставленного счета от 11.03.2022 для моей учётной записи. Платёж не прошёл. Я попробовала обновить свои платежные реквизиты в Admin Console по подписке: Acrobat Pro DC Годовой план с ежемесячной оплатой, но ничего не помогло, платёж всё равно не проходит. Подскажите как можно еще произвести оплату?
