I've been trying to sign in to access my Document Cloud but the prompt window doesn't load, it stay white like in the picture below.

I've tried with both the "Sign in" botton on the upper right corner and the one in blue when I go to the "Document Cloud" tab. I also tried this toubleshoot [https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html ] in case it could help.

Any idea how to fix this or make the prompt load??

Thank you,

Mercedes

Hi Mercedes,

Hope you are doing well and sorry to keep you waiting. I hope you would be able to fix it by now.

If the issue still exists, please try to reboot the computer once and relogin to the application and see if that works for you.

You may also try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights or enable the root account in Mac and try using the application there and check.

Also, please try to access the document cloud via the link - https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/ and see if that helps.

Regards

Amal

Hello!

Thank you for answering.

I'm still having this issue. I tried rebooting my laptop and I even uninstalled and re-installed adobe reader DC (where I'm trying to connect to the cloud). I'm able to access the cloud through an internet browser, but I find it more comfortable to access it through the program.

I don't understand what you mean by this:

By @Amal.

My user already has admin rights. Do you want me to run it as admin?

Thank you

Hi there

We are sorry to hear that. Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights to check if there is any issue in the regular user profile and try using the application there and check.

Amal
