Document signature problem - graphics in signature

I have a pdf file that needs to include an electronic signature. However, the signature is created with the Adobe logo - when I exclude the logo from the signature, I get the error "The creation of this signature cannot be completed. The string regarding the view cannot be created". Will someone support in solving this problem?

Would you mind trying the steps mentioned here: I am unable to add digital signature on my PDF documents (Sign and Send PDFs)
