Double Sided Printing Not Available Using a MAC

New Here ,
Apr 07, 2017 Apr 07, 2017

As already noted by many people here. When using ADOBE READER, and only ADOBE READER, the double sided option is gone from my print menu.

OS is OS X El Capitan ver 8.3.1

Adobe Reader 8 ver 8.3.1

Printer is a Brother MFC-L2700DW.  Yes, it prints duplex/double sided.

From the Adobe Menu-Document-Security-Show Security-Properties...-Advanced-Print Dialog Presets, this is what I see.

The DuplexMode is grayed out and defaulted to Simplex.

Are there any fixes to get duplex printing to work with the above arrangement?

That you all.

Hi mikep80011882,

Sorry for the delay in response.

Both side printing option will only be available if your printer supports double side printing.

You may visit Print double-sided | Adobe Acrobat, Reader  to check how to configure if your printer supports

Let us know of that helps.
