Duplicating text box

Hi,

I recently received a job application in PDF format, I have used Acrobat Reader in the past with little to no trouble, but now as I am filling in some of the application, there seems to be two boxes that are linked, as when I input text into one of them and move onto another text field, the other box also has the text.

Is there anyway to get around this issue, as I have been going through the limited tools and options in my copy of Acrobat Reader and not finding what could help fix this issue.

This happens when the two fields have the same name. There's nothing you can do to solve it with Reader.

Report this issue to the author of the form and ask them to fix it and send you a new version.
