Error 1603 when installing Extended Asian font pack 22.001.20085

When.trying to install FontPack2200120085_XtdAlf_Lang_DC.msi on client with Adobe Reader DC 2022.002.20191...and I got the message that I need a newer Adobe Reader =(

Anyone with an solution?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble. 

 

You can take reference from the thread below, which has an issue similar to yours:

Can you confirm if the user you are referring to had an older application version updated later to the latest version?

 

Also, if the above doesn't help, please collect the Adobe CC logs helpx.adobe.com/creative-c..., procmon logs  and share them via document cloud link as described here

Hi, yes, we have an older version of Adobe Reader in our OSD(installation image) and that one is updated to the latest Adobe Reader with an .msp. But the errorcode is 1603...fatal Error. I will get the logs for you
