I have the below issue when using "fill and sign" feature of Adobe Reader DC. May I know what is the cause and how we can fix this issue. the PDF may have around 40 page. The PC is a Win 7 Pro (32bit) with 4 GB RAM.

Hi dummy22,
Thanks for reporting the issue. Can you please try the following :
1. Make sure you are on the latest version of Reader. Go to Help > Check for Updates.
2. Can you provide some detailed steps of your workflow? Or does this issue happens as soon as you open the Fill and Sign application?
3. It will be great if you can share the error snapshot and PDF file with us at sagrover@adobe.com
