Error - Insufficient Data For an Image - Adobe Reader 11

New Here ,
Sep 28, 2017 Sep 28, 2017

"Insufficient Data for an Image" error when trying to view a document in Windows Application using IE 11 browser.

Adobe Reader 11 is installed in our machines.

In Adobe Forum it has mentioned that the issue has been resolved in Reader 11.

But still we are facing the same issue with 11.

We tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe, Fit to page options (Edit -> Preference -> Zoom Settings) , but nothing worked out.

Please advice us in resolving the issue.

Usually the PDF is at fault. In one rare case it was an Adobe bug and that was fixed. Contact the maker of the PDF. If that's you, contact the maker of the software used.
