Getting an error  in Combine Files"; Internal Server error 500?  I get this on all files I try to upload

Hi Saraa58984385,

Please confirm the application and operating system versions you are using.

Also, please mention the file type that you are trying to combine and share the screenshot of the error message.

Try combining the files from Combine option in Tools as well as File menu>Create>Combine Files in one.

Let me know if you get the error in both the cases.
