I've check for updates and repair to current version but still it won't let me sign-in.. I also have used internet from my wifi, my personal connection, and public wifi.
Anyone please help me.....

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As describe dyou are unable to login to the application and getting the above shared error message.
Please check out the suggestions made and the correct answer marked in the siilar discusion https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-acrobat-online-discussions/adobe-says-network-error-when-i-try-... and see if that works for you as well.
