Adobe: windows 10 pro, office 2013 pro/outlook, adobe reader dc v2017.009.

i have ran the repair adobe software and have updated the adode software and have rebooted my machine today,

when I tried to send a pdf via email I receive the following :

The operating system is not currently configured to run this application.

I have been emailing documents on this o/s and office for months without issue. the issue just started
