Hola tengo un problema que intento instalar el adobe, lo descargo me lo guarda y cuando le doy a abrir o ejecutar me sale este error: se ha producido la excepcion unknown software exception (0xc000001d) en la direccion 0x00405d2b.

Which Operating System you have on the machine?

Does this error appear when you try to launch Reader or when you try to open a pdf file in Reader?
