Hello, I have encountered an issue when I try to download a PDF from a government website or if I receive a PDF from a .MIL email account. The error is a white page that says the proper document should download soon or I need to update my Adobe Reader to the latest version. I verified the version is up to date but the error remains even if i download it, Acrobat DC is the default PDF viewer and I have Windows 10, please help!
Again: Don't open the file in a browser. Your browser can't display XFA forms.

Thank you for the reply that error happens no matter how or where it is
downloaded or accessed. If I try to access it on Google Drive, on my
windows 10 desktop, or in the Internet browser. I have tried a few
different adobe reader applications to open it and that is the error all
the time.

Again, instead of opening the file in Google Drive you should download it to your computer and then open it using Reader.

I have asked you multiple times to show a screenshot of this error occurring outside of the browser. You have yet to provide it.
I've done my best trying to help you, but I'm giving up. Maybe someone else can help you...

is exactly what it does no matter where you are you trying to access it, I
appreciate your time.

Are you saying that you double-click a PDF file that's saved on your local computer and it opens it in Google Drive inside your browser? I'm sorry, but that's simply not possible.

Hi Michaelt,
If you are opening a file directly or indirectly in a browser you will get this message: PDF won’t display. Please wait …
All you have to do is download the file and open it either in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
Feel free to update the discussion if you have further questions.

Hi Tariq,
I have tried that and so have the people who I sent the file to. The file
still had the same error.
Thanks
Mike
