Error when trying to print pdf

Click on OK to terminate the program

Click on CANCEL to debug the program

I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times...even trying different versions.   Nothing is working.  I get this error and then it shuts itself down.

• Please try uninstalling Reader using cleaner tool  Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
• Reboot the computer.
• Install application again.

and kindly go through the help document-  Protected View feature for PDFs (Windows), Adobe Reader

I try and I get this.

I finally got the cleaner to download.   I deleted both acobat and reader.  I've now reinstalled and now when I open it and try to open a file....it just closes before I can. 

I'm completely lost and at a stand still at work trying to do my job.

What really stinks is it didn't elimate the original problem, and I've now

had to download another viewer. I have adobe paid programs that I cannot

use unless I go on line to do it. Just not right. I've now wiped all

acrobat off of my system. I hope you can come up with a solution,

otherwise, I may have to stick with Foxit Reader.
