Export security settings grayed out

New Here ,
Sep 25, 2017 Sep 25, 2017

Wanted to export security settings (especially trusted CAs) to an .acrobatsecuritysettings file and use the "load security settings from server url" using this file to distribute the settings to our clients - but the "Export..." button preferences/security is always grayed out, no matter what I do (Import... is available).

Any hints?

Cheers

Roman

Hello Roman,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

The security can only be exported from Acrobat, for more information you may refer to Security Setting Import-Export — Digital Signatures Guide for IT  Link: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/DigSig/migrating.html

Hope this helps, and let us know if you need any assistance.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
