Hallo,
seit einiger Zeit kann ich keine PDF's mehr speichern.
Es beginnt schon wenn ich ganz normal eine PDF öffne, das der Diskette-Button zum speichern hellgrau unterlegt ist, und sich nciht drücken lässt, wenn ich über den Pfad "Datei - Speichern /speichern unter.." links oben gehe, öffnet sich zwaz ein neues "Speichern-Fenster" aber der davon bleibt leer und es passiert nichts mehr.
An den Speicherkapaitäten meines Rechners kann es eigentlich nicht liegen, da ich diese grad erst erweitert habe und genug Platz vorhanden ist.
Was kann ich tun?

since a few days I not able anymore, to save my pdf's.
Even when I open a new pdf file, the floppydisk-sign, to save pdf'S in the left corner, is lightgrey and I can not click on it. And if I go via "file - save/save under.." in the left corner, a new "saving-window" opens up, but it stays empty and nothing happens anyfurther.
At first I thought the general saving space of my computer have been the problem, but since I cleaned my space and even expanded it, it should not be the reason why saving files doesn't work.
So what should I do?

We're sorry for the trouble you had, please reboot the machine once and then navigate to Adobe Reader's Preferences from Edit>Preferences>General> Uncheck these two options 'Show online Storage when opening files' and 'Show online storage when saving files'>Click OK, restart the application and check.
Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed, check for any pending updates from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader.
