Hello,

I have some PDF Files (DIN Norm) to open with the FileOpen Plugin and Adobe Reader.

The TestPDF working well.

As soon, as I open the DIN Norm PDF, Adobe shows me something like (free translated in english): you have to be logged in in the service". -But im logged in (with Adobe Account).

I have no clue, where I have to log me in.

Also: I don't have any idea where the publisher of this PDF is because it was handled by an ex employe.

Do you have any Idea? The FileOpen Page is kinda .. not helpful. The Support is not for endusers.. 😞

Thank you

best regards,

These choices are made by the publisher - not FileOpen - not Adobe. You need to find where the file came from. It may also have been licensed, personally to only one person, the ex-employee, so you may need to license it again.
