Formatting issues while converting PDF to word document

Hello - when I convert this PDF document to word I have some issues with the text becoming clipped - is there a way i can format differently so this doesnt happen or better yet - fix the word document?

hmmmm... issues while using Acrobat Reader seem pretty appropriate to the reader forum to me - just because I chose a photo where I was using illustrator to display the correct formatting of the PDF - doesn't make it related to Illustrator at all?

Sorry, I thought you created the file in AI. At any rate, Reader is not involved in the process of creating the file. You're using an internal function of Word. There might be an issue displaying it, but we'll need to see the actual file to say for sure.
