Getting language popup multiple times per day

I'm getting this annoying popup multiple times per day. It seems somehow connected to the control button, since it often happens in games where I use the control button or when I copy/paste some things.

 

I need this to be fixed (or understand it), because it really messes with my work and gameplay.

 

Please help! Thanks!

    I hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble you had with the app, and thanks for reaching out.

     

    Please restart the app and machine (if possible), then check for any pending updates of the application from the help menu > select check for updates, install the updates, and restart the app and the machine. Latest version for the app: Mac 24.003.20121
    Windows: 24.003.20112

     

    For testing purposes, please disable the Protect Mode of the app from the Preferences > File/Menu > Preferences > Security (Enhanced) Turn off Protected View, Click OK, and restart the app.

    Note: Turn on the protected View after the testing.

    Thanks for your response. However, I've uninstalled/reinstalled the software multiple times already. I also (of course) restarted the computer multiple times already.

    And the Protected View was never enabled in the first place, so couldn't change that either.
