Google Drive Connection Error "Access blocked: Adobe Acrobat is not approved by Advanced Protection"

New Here ,
Nov 30, 2024 Nov 30, 2024

Hello,

I'm encountering the following error while trying to connect my online storage Google Drive account to Adobe Acrobat:

Access blocked: Adobe Acrobat is not approved by Advanced Protection

The Advanced Protection Program performs additional security checks to safeguard your account data, and it hasn't approved this app. This security feature stops most non-Google apps and services from accessing your data to keep your account protected.

If you are a developer of Adobe Acrobat, see error details.

Error 400: policy_enforced

I want to clarify that I have the Advanced Protection Program activated on my Google account, and I do not want to deactivate it.

Could anyone help me resolve this issue? Is there a way to make Adobe Acrobat compatible with Google's Advanced Protection Program?

Thank you!
