Gray color on image contents in Adobe Acrobat 9 pro

Hi, I am using Acrobat 9 pro. Till last week it was working propurly, but now it were display "Gray" color on all the image contents (RGB, CMYK). Don't know why it happen. The software dont have any update. The same documents can correctly open in another PCs. 

what should I do to solve this ?

In the preferences enable the view of large images.
